Our Annual Parish Christmas Luncheon will take place on Wednesday 10th December 2025 at 12 Noon in St Aelred’s Parish Hall. Cost for a 3-course lunch £13. Please sign up at the back of church and indicate your choice of food.
A Big Thank You - To the Albert Gubay Trust for awarding St Mary’s £75,000 towards our church repairs. Thank you to Joe Simmons from the Diocesan Finance office and Julie Burrell for all their hard work and support in securing this. Thank you to the Knaresborough Rotarians for their most generous grant of £500 towards our dishwasher in the community hall.

Next Sunday we welcome members of the Comboni Missionaries appealing at our Masses. There will be a retiring collection to support their work.

Fisher Singers Summer Concert: will be held at the Cairn Hoterl on Monday 6th July at 7.20pm . All most welcome. Tickets £10 on the door or by telephoning 07958665410 or 07411258713.
Food Bank: A TIN A WEEK: Our SVPs collect food for the hungry, can you spare a tin a week for this, also some toiletries? These can be left in the boxes at the back of our churches. The Lord tells us to feed the hungry, so thank you all for your donations which are sincerely appreciated.

The Requiem Mass for the late Philomena Archibald RIP - will be held at St Mary’s on Monday 13th July at 12.30pm, all most welcome.
